Is the Xela Pack only for liquids?
The Xela Pack is ideal for liquids and viscous products as well as pills, powders, granulated products and much more.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Xela Pack offers the low minimum quantity of 15,000 packets for a single product run, or 10,000 packets for multiple product runs.

How many colors can be printed on a Xela Pack?
Xela Packs can be printed with up to 7 line colors, and packs constructed with our standard material can be printed with four color process as well.

Can we customize the Xela Pack to be the shape of an existing bottle?
Yes. We can create custom shapes and we have a die line we can send you that shows the parameters to work within for custom shapes.

How do we get started working with Xela Pack?
Customer will send a small amount of product to Xela Pack for review. For more information, see our Business Model page.

Who supplies the bulk product to be packaged?
The customer supplies the bulk to Xela Pack, and we package it for you.

Does Xela Pack do stability or capability testing, or does the product company?
Xela Pack does not do stability or capability testing, the product company is responsible for any needed stability or capability testing.

Are Xela Packs filled in clean room environments?
Yes. All Xela Packs are filled in clean rooms.

Can Xela Packs be sent by mail?
Xela Pack offers a sample mailer that is ideal for mailing Xela Pack samples and can be customized to fit different sizes of samples.
